Stratos Bi-Weekly Progress Report: February 11, 2022 — March 8, 2022

Stratos team had a longer sprint because many critical milestones were reached, and we didn’t want to interrupt the flow. On February 17, Stratos Chain Tropos incentive testnet was launched successfully; more than 100 validators joined our network just in a few hours. A few days later, on February 22, Stratos Decentralised Storage (SDS) incentive testnet went live. We have seen overwhelming traffic to our testnet from all over the world. To better support all the participants, the Stratos team worked around the clock to scale the network up and fixed issues discovered during the testing. On February 24, $TROS rewards started to be distributed to validators and SDS nodes. More than 10,000 SDS nodes joined the SDS testnet just a few days after the launch, and the number is still growing very fast. We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has worked tirelessly to make everything happen and successful, including the Stratos team and our strong community members.
